Martin L. Horwitz
The Law Office of Martin L. Horwitz, P.C., was established in 1991, and while we are a small firm, we have the resources necessary to service all of our clients' various needs. Being smaller enables us to respond promptly, providing personal and immediate attention to all matters raised. Additionally, we are centrally located to service all Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura County courthouses.
Martin L. Horwitz, Esq., the firm's founder and President, is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California, Colorado, the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
He is affiliated with, and has served as a Los Angeles District Director for the State Bar of California, CYLA Division, and as Board Member for the Beverly Hills Bar Association. Mr. Horwitz has been named as a California Super Lawyer in 2005, 2006, 2009, 2010 & 2011.
Mr. Horwitz graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California in 1991 and has practiced in a small firm environment since then. Before forming his firm, Mr. Horwitz worked for the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Central District of California, for the Honorable Arthur M. Greenwald. He also studied at the Salzburg University in Salzburg, Austria, where he received a Certification in International Legal Studies.
