The Law Office of Martin L. Horwitz, P.C., was established in 1991, and while we are a small firm, we have the resources necessary to service all of our clients' various needs.   Being smaller  enables us to respond promptly, providing personal and immediate attention to all matters raised.  Additionally, we are centrally located to service all Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura County courthouses. 

Our principal, Martin Horwitz, Esq., is a member of and admitted to practice by the Supreme Courts for the states of California and Colorado, the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth District Court of Appeals and the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of California. 

Martin Horwitz is affiliated with, and has served as a Los Angeles District Director for the State Bar of California, CYLA Division, and as Board Member for the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
