We are a full service law firm practicing in Beverly Hills, California. Established in 1991, and incorporated in 1995, our office has a diverse practice, including litigation, business law, injury work, insurance and transactional law. With a significant number of our clients small to medium size corporations, we serve as general counsel, assisting our clients with their business affairs, corporate formalities, collection matters, employment issues, insurance disputes and other related concerns.
We also take care of a host of our client's non-business matters, including personal injury law, real estate matters, estate planning and other disputes.
